General Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Place Of Electricity Supply: Electricity Acceptance Points Are Specified In The Order Documents; The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Supplied During The Contract Will Be: Part I - 9.00 Mwh. With Its Registered Office In Poznań, Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office. 3) The Supply Of Electricity Should Take Place On The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 10.04.1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), The Civil Code And The Executive Acts Issued On Their Basis, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate And Environment Of November 29, 202222 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlement In Electricity Trading (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 904), 4) The Contractor Should Determine The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Costs Of Supplying Electricity, Calculated In Accordance With The Abovementioned Legal Acts And All Other Costs And Fees, 5) Electricity Should Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Energy Law And The Provisions Executive Ordinances For This Act And Polish Standards, 6) The Contracting Authority Informs That: A) Has Comprehensive Contracts For The Supply Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services From Enea S.A., For Energy Reception Points That Are Also Prosumers, Listed In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, B) Does Not Have Contracts Concluded As Part Of Loyalty Or Promotional Campaigns. Pursuant To The Documents Constituting Attachments To Swz And The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect.
