Tenders are invited for Installation and Purchase of Library Equipment and Library Fittings 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORIES A AND B) Interested bidders are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the office of the Procurement department at National Assembly Library Trust Fund (NALTF), National Assembly Library and Research Centre, 3 Arms Zone Abuja, on evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per Lot. Paid into the National Assembly Library Trust Funds Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS AND WORKS) Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Secretary, national Assembly Library Fund (NALTF), National Assembly Library and Research Centre, 3 Arms Zone, Abuja and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Procurement office, Room 19, Room 19, Wing B, No 1 River Niger Street, Off Danube Street, Maitama National Assembly Library Trust Fund, Annex office, Abuja, on or before 12:00 noon on Friday, May 9, 2025.
