Request for proposals for Consultancy to review AGRAs Compensation and Benefits Framework. Interested bidders are requested to register on the link below by 1700 hours, April 15th, 2025. A Microsoft Teams link for the pre-bid meeting will be shared with bidders who will have registered. AGRA seeks an experienced consultancy firm to work with the Internal Task Force (ITF) that has been set up to assess its current compensation & benefits framework. The ITF is led by the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The consultant will, after the review, present a prioritized list of potential actions that could be taken to improve AGRAs compensation and benefits structure. The work will propose best practice actions drawn from peer institutions in the African market, develop costed scenarios for alternative compensation structures, and provide a clear roadmap for implementation within the immediate, short, medium, and long term.
