The Acquisition Is Carried Out With An Open Procedure, And The Contract Is Made As A Framework Arrangement With Several Service Providers. The Framework Arrangement Does Not Constitute Exclusive Rights For Service Providers, But, If Necessary, Can Also Order Services Outside The Framework Arrangement.
