Research, Testing And Scientific Technical Simulator - Delivery Of Equipment To The Studio For Medical Care, Dental Assistant And Dental Hygienist As Part Of The Vocational Lesser Poland Project. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Equipment To The Studio For Medical Care, Dental Assistant And Dental Hygienist Under The Vocational Lesser Poland Project Co -Financed By The European Union Under The European Social Fund Plus; Priority 6, Measure 6.12 Education - Projects Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Type. B Coordination Of Therapeutic Education, Under The European Funds Program For Lesser Poland 2021-2027. 2. The Subject Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Without Defects, Signs Of Use And Mechanical Damage, Wholesome, Meeting The Technical And Quantitative Requirements Described In Annex 1 To The Specification. All Delivered Goods Must Meet All Requirements Enabling Their Marketing Admission In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Have Approved Certificates, And Quality Certificates Required By Law. The Technical Parameters Of Devices Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz Are Minimum Requirements - The Contractor May Offer Devices With Parameters Higher Than Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Training Of The Employers Personnel In The Operation Of Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Training Should Take Place Within 14 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. Place Of Order Implementation - Deliveries: Małopolska Team Of Educational Units In Nowy Sącz, Ul. Jagiellońska 61, 33 - 300 Nowy Sącz, Nowy Sącz Poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodeship. 5. The Products Offered By The Contractor Must Be Consistent, Equivalent (Or With Higher Technical Parameters) With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex 1 To Swz. In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In All Items Whose Description Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of E.G. Devices, Materials, Systems Or Software, They Should Be Treated As Casual Proposals Of The Employer. In Connection With The Above, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Offering Equivalent Products. And So: 1) The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood That Equivalent Products/Solutions Will Guarantee The Implementation Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Purpose Of The Project For Which The Deliveries Are Made And Also Ensure Obtaining Technical And Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Products/Equivalent Solutions Should Fulfill The Function To Be Used, Be Compatible With The Other Products So That The Set Of Devices/Systems Gives The Intended Goal (Founded In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) Effect And Cannot Change The Type And Scope Of Delivery; 2) The Contractor, Who Cites Solutions Equivalent To Described By The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries He Proposes Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. The Assessment Of The Possibility Of Using The Proposed Equivalent Solution Should Include A Minimum Analysis For Each Device: A) Technological, Material And Funk Parameters
