The Purpose Of This Public Market Is The Maintenance Of Electrical Installations And Providing Associated Equipment For Their Metropolitan Premises In Constructys. The Consultation Is Initiated In The Form Of An Adapted Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L.2123-1-2 °, R.2123-1-3 °, R2123-2 And R.2123-4 To R.2123-7 Of The Public Order Code. It Is A Mixed Mono-Attribute Framework Agreement. It Is Executed In Part By The Lemission Of Order Form And Partly By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Markets (Articles L.2125-1 1 °, R.2162-1 To R.2162-6, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code). The Services Concluded On The Basis Of Order Formalates Concern: - Preventive Maintenance Of Premises Already Identified With An Effective Date For Starting The Services Indicated At Lannex 1 Of The Cctp, - The Curative Maintenance Of The Premises The Services Concluded On The Basis Of Subsequent Markets Concern: - Preventive Maintenance Of Premises Which Would Be Integrated Into Laccord -Framework In The Process. In Accordance With Larticle R.2162-4 2 ° Of The Public Procurement Code, It Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 160,000 Euros Ht For Its Total Duration (Renewed Renewals). This Public Market Is Concluded From Its Date Of Notification For A Period Of Twelve Months. The Effective Start Date Of Services For Each Site Is Defined In Appendix 1 Of The Cctp. Listed By This First Contractual Period, The Public Market Is Tacitly Renewable 3 Times A Year Per New Period Of 12 Months.
