The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Full -Day Service Of Comprehensive Nutrition Of Patients Of The Poviat Hospital Władysław Biegański In Iława 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 3 To Swz. 3. Contractors Obligations: • Delivery And Transport • Unloading And Bringing To Storage Rooms. 4. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Liabilities Relating To This Contract Were Included In The Draft Contract - Annex 9 To Swz. 5. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Carefully Read The Content Of All Documents Made Up Of Tender Documentation, Which Should Be Read Along With Modifications And Changes Brought By The Employer During The Proceedings. 6. In The Event That In The Documentation Or Swz There Are Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Or Reference To Standards, Approval, Technical Specifications, Should Be Understood, In Accordance With The Provision Of Art. 99 Para. 5 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, That This Is Justified By The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Purchaser May Not Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Accurate Terms. In Such Circumstances, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Solutions In The Offer, With The Minimum Requirements To Be Met By Equivalent Solutions, The Requirements Are No Worse Than The Parameters Indicated In The Documentation.
