Installation Of A Batching Mechanism And A Subsequent Vibrating Binding Cart Into A Melting Furnace. The Melting Furnace, Where A Tauer Composed Of Internal Waste (Chip And Piece), Copper Cathodes, Zinc And Accompanying Elements Are Melted To The Desired Melting Temperature. This Is Followed By A Gravitational Trough Into A Maintenance Furnace, Where The Melt Is Treated To The Final Chemical Composition. From The Maintenance Furnace, The Metal Is Transported To A Horizontal Casting Device. The Casting Line Will Be Ready For The Simultaneous Casting Of Two Belts To A Width Of At Least 500 Mm (Or Up To 530 Mm-See Chapter 13.3 And 13.4 (G) Of This Zd) And With A Thickness Of 21-23 Mm. The Cast Belt Will Then Be Mounted From The Upper And Lower Surfaces For Removing The Undesirable Surface Layer. The Penultimate Operation Is The Shortening Of The Belt On The Hydraulic Scissors And The Subsequent Winding Of The Belt To The Form Of A Maximum Outer Diameter Of 2000 Mm And A Weight Of Up To 12.5 Tonnes.
