Tenders are invited for Procurement of Hardware, Machinery, Equipment and Software for Research and Development Centre at Department of Archaeology and Museums Islamabad Closing Date: 28-Apr-2025 11:00:00 AM Earnest Money 2% of Bid Value 2. Electronic Bids will be submitted on date 28th April 2025 till 1100 HRS and technical bids will be opened on same day at 1200 HRS through EPADS. 3. The financial bids will be open for the bidder who meet the technical qualification as well as acquire the specified threshold as defined in Schedule of Requirements. 4. Original Bid Security @ 2% in the shape of call deposit (CDR or Pay order) in the name of Director General DOAM Islamabad sealed in envelop must be submitted at the office of Project Director, Research and Development Centre, Department of Archaeology & Museums, Sir Syed Memorial Building, 19-Attaturk Avenue, G-5/1, Islamabad, before the online submission deadline of the bid; otherwise, respective bid will not be opened.
