Shall be Incorporated in Nigeria and have All the Legal Requirement to Operate in the Country including Registration with Relevant Bodies Which Include: A) Corporate Affairs Commission (Cac) B) Adsbpp-2025 C) Pencom-2025 D) Itf-2025 E) Coren F) Tax Clearance Last Three(3) Years G) Last Three(3)Years Audited Accounts. H) General/Specific Experience) I) Company Profile with Cv of Professional Staff to be Deployed for the Project J) Value Added Tax(Vat) Certificate 2. Must have Capability, to Commence Work without Advance Payment to the Satisfaction of the Client. 3. Must Attach Sworn Affidavit Authorizing the Signatory of the Bid to Commit the Bidder. 4. Bidders shall Also Submit Proposals of Work Methods and Schedule in Sufficient Detail to Demonstrate the Adequacy of the Bidders Proposals to Meet the Technical Specifications and the Completion Time. 5. Ownership of Quarry and Asphalt Plants in the State are Key Requirements or Commitment Letter from Owners of Quarry/Asphalt Plant for Supply of Gravels/Asphalt. 6. Should have Evidence of Satisfactory Execution of Similar Project in the State in the past Five Years. 7. Bidding Document are to be Obtained Online on Payment of Non- Refundable Fee of n500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira only into the Ministry of Works and Energy Development Bank Account, No. 2603000778 at Eco Bank, Yola Branch. (Code Number will be Given to the Purchaser of the Bidding Document). 8. All Submissions in Response to this Advert should be in English Language. 9. Bids must be Duly Signed. 10. Contractors must be Fully Mobilized in the State. A. Bidders are Advised to: A.
