The Site Enabling/Demolitions Works Will Be Executed In Advance Of The Main Contract Works Commencing. The Cross Laminated Timber Structural Installations Will Be Executed By A Reserved Specialists, Where The Contractor Is To Enter A Sub-Contract With A Reserved Specialist In Accordance With Contract Clause 5.4.3 (Ii).
