The Hired Consultant Shall Prepare A Complete Requirement Specification For The Announcement Of An Agreement On The Purchase, Assembly And Operation Of Anpr (Sign Reading Camera). The Municipality Of Sogndal Itself Will Announce The Competition. It Is Desirable That The Consultant Is Included In The Implementation Until The First Facility Of Anpr Is Completed By The Elected Supplier For The Tender. After This, The Need For A Consultant Will Be Completed. There Will Be Collaboration With The Subject Manager Parking That Knows Relevant Sign Plans, Areas And Todays System, And Has An Overview Of The Municipalitys Plans, Wants And Needs And Which Will Eventually Approve The Prepared Requirement Specification For The Tender. Ict Department In Sogndal Municipality Will Also Be Included In Advice And Provide Guidelines In Connection With Data Security Related To The Municipality In Connection With The Tender. It Is Desirable That The Requirement Specification Is Clear So That The Competition Can Be Illuminated In August/September
