Note: The Warranty Maintenance Is To Be Removed At The Expense Of The Contractor During The Warranty Period, All Damage And/Or Non -Compliance Of The Equipment, Respectively, Replacing Defective Parts And/Or Components That Fall Within The Conditions And Scope Of The Warranty, Within The Warranty Liability Of The Contractor. The Delivery And Replacement Of The Consumables Related To The Current Service Of A Chain Excavator Within The Warranty Period Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order.
