Tenders Are Invited For “Design And Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Of Sites On The Territory Of Sofia Municipality - Slatina District, With Two Separate Positions
The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Design And Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Of Sites On The Territory Of Sofia Municipality - Slatina District, Divided Into Two Lots: Lot # 1 Design And Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Of Buildings And Sites From The Public Works Infrastructure (Parks, Gardens, Sites, Etc.) And Lot 2 Design And Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Of Sites From Street Network And Facilities Thereto. The Subject Of Each Of The Two Lots Envisages The Development Of Investment Projects In The Technical Project Phase On All Design Parts. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Development Of Investment Projects For Construction, Reconstruction, Major Repairs, Including The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures, As Well As The Development Of Investment Projects Of Sites From The Public Works And The Street Network And Its Facilities. The Subject Of Each Of The Lots Includes The Exercise Of Copyright Supervision In The Construction Of The Construction. The Public Procurement Is Intended To Conclude A Framework Agreement In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law With Not All The Conditions, With One Contractor For Each Of The Lots. The Contracts For Investment Design Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Aim To Improve The Neighborhoods In The Slatina Region, The Creation Of A Better Living Environment And Improvement Of Transport Security In The Area.
