The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Transporting Personnel And Equipment Between Telegraph Creek, Bc And The Lower Stikine River Dfo Field Camp. Expediting Services In And Around Telegraph Creek May Also Be Required. Dfo Requires A Chartered Vessel Equipped With Appropriate Safety Features, Operated By A Qualified And Experienced Captain.
