1 The Subject Of The Order Is A Non -Cash Purchase In The Country Of Liquid Fuels For Company Cars Of The Senate Office, I.E.:1.1. Unleaded Gasoline (Pb 95) - Approx. 100,000 Liters; 1.2. Diesel (On) - Approx. 13,500 Liters. 2. Fuel Must Meet The Quality Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels And Requirements Of Pn-En 590: 2022-08 And Pn-En 228 + A1: 2017-06/Ap1: 2017-11. In Winter, The Contractor Will Use Diesel With Improved Low -Temperature Properties, In Accordance With The Quality Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Referred To In The First Sentence 3. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damage Caused By The Refueling Of The Vehicle With A Fuel Not Meeting The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Referred To In Point 2. In Order To Repair Possible Damage, The Contractor After A Written Notification By The Contracting Authority Of Suspected Poor Quality Of Fuel, Conducts Complaint Proceedings. 4. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Increase - Provided That The Value Of The Contract Is Not Exceeded - Or Reducing The Amount Of Fuel Purchased A Given Type. In This Respect, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Contracting Authority. 5. The Amounts Of Fuel Referred To In Point 1 Are Determined On The Basis Of The Current Demand And Are Estimated. 6. The Minimum Value Of The Contracting Authority For The Performance Of The Contract Is 70% Of Its Value. 7. The Purchase Of Fuel Will Take Place Successively, 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, As Requested By The Employer. The Purchase Of Fuel Can Take Place Simultaneously At Many Stations. 8. The Fuels Will Only Be Refueled To Fuel Tanks In The Ordering Cars. 9. The List Of Cars Authorized To Refuel Fuels Will Constitute An Attachment To The Contract. This List Will Be Updated. The Purchase Of Fuel Will Be Carried Out Each Time In The Form Of A Non -Cash Transaction, Using Electronic Cards, Hereinafter Referred To As Fuel Cards, Issued For Each Car That Will Be Issued To The Employer By The Contractor Without Additional Fees. 10.
