1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Repair Of Devices And Toys In Playgrounds In The Educational Facilities Of The Targówek District Along With The Replacement Of Sand In The Sandboxes. 2. Scope Of Works: A) Review Of All Playgrounds To Verify The Needs And Agree On The Dates Of Works In Educational Institutions; B) Ongoing Repair Of Damage To Play Equipment Described In Annex 3 To Swz; C) Sand Replacement (Approved Sand Required) In Sandboxes (Estimated 275 T). The Contract Does Not Include Sand Fields, Hills, Fields, Etc. Frazing Of Wooden Play Equipment; G) Cleaning And Painting With Paints With Appropriate Approvals, All Wooden And Metal Play Equipment And Benches Within Playgrounds, In Consultation With The Management Of The Facilities (After Providing Approvals), H) Repair Of Fastenings, Loose Screw Connections And Lubrication Of The Bearings, Replacement Of Damaged Bearing, And) Fun And Disassembly Of Damaged Elements Or Devices In The Absence Of Repair, J) Repair Of Sandstone Walls And Concrete Elements Of Other Devices, K) Repair Of Fences And Inputs And Information Boards, L) Immediately Responding To Damage Reports. 3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Order Is Awarded In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Order. 4. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform In Person By The Contractor With Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Submission Of The Subjective Measures. 6. The Contractor Becomes A Waste Manufacturer Generated As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Method Of Waste Management Must Comply With The Provisions In Force At The Date Of The Contract, I.E. The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399, As Amended).
