The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of The Crane At The Jan Długosz University Facility In Częstochowa At Al. Armii Krajowej 13/15 Together With The Dismantling Of The Existing Crane. 3.6. Subject Scope, Quantitative And Detailed Parameters/Requirements: A) Inventory Of The Existing Crane And Engine Room; B) Performing Complete Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations; C) Disassembly Of The Existing Crane Together With The Equipment; D) Delivery And Assembly Of A New Complete Crane Device With Technical Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Swz When Adapting The Load Of The Installed Device To The Buildings Structure; E) Execution Of Movement Tests And Electrical Measurements; F) Execution Of Construction Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Painting, Finishing And Other Works Not Mentioned And Related To The Works Carried Out, Including Cleaning The Shaft, Engine Room And Corridors, And Removing Possible Damage And Dirt After The End Of Works; G) Technical Documentation, Assembly, Registration Along With Arrangements Allowing To Allow A New Crane To Operate; H) Performing Resursu For A Newly Installed Crane; I) Launching The Crane With Udt Reception, Electrical Measurements; J) Making A Load Attempt Before Joining The Oburia By The Office Of Technical Inspection; Technical Supervision Of The Device Mounted As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Transfer To The Employer For Use; L) Development And Forwarding Of The As-Built Elevator Documentation With Electrical Measurements; M) Developing And Providing The Employer With The Technical And Movement Documentation Of The Device; N) Providing In The Warranty Period, Of 24 Months, Conservation Of The Crane In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Entrepreneurship And Technology Of 30 October 2018 In The Case Technical Conditions Of Technical Supervision In The Field Of Operation, Repair And Modernization Of Close Transport Devices (Journal Of Laws 2018 Item 2176) And Guidelines Of The Crane Manufacturer; O) Utilization Of The Dismantled Crane And Equipment. 3.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Order Of The Factory New, Without Prior Operation, Not Post -Exposure, Free From Quantitative, Qualitative Defects, With Technical Parameters Indicated In Annex 3 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And Perform All The Activities Specified In This Attachment. 3.8. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Is 24 Months From The Date Of Transfer Of The Subject Of The Contract Confirmed By The Without Comments.
