1 Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Employer With The Service Of The Technical Service Constituting The Subject Of The Contract For 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol. 3. The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Or Remotely Through The Remote Access Service, Depending On The Current Requirements Of The Employer. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Technical Service Service Consisting In: 1) Providing Service-Desk, Under Which The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Reporting Errors And Defects Using A Telephone And E-Mail, 2) Reproduction After Removing The Failure Of The Configuration Of Devices On Such As It Was Before The Failure, 3) Providing Consultation Services (E.G. Help With Configuration Of New Services, Extension). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Modernize The Telecommunications System Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Requirements Listed In Annex 1 To The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz By 27.09.2025, With The Contractor Should Ensure The Continuous Operation Of The Modernized System On 27.09.2025 Due To The Expiry Of The Certificate In The Current System, But The Launch Than On 27.09.2025 6. The Employer Requires A Warranty For At Least 12 Months For Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Contract From The Date Of Receipt By The Contracting Authority Of The Subject Of The Contract And Signing The Final Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Warranty Period Proposed By The Contractor Will Be One Of The Criteria On The Basis Of Which The Employer Will Choose The Best Offer.
