Tenders Are Invited For Installation Of The Remote Read System Of Water Consumption Along With The Replacement Of The Existing Metering On Water Supply Connections Located In Towns In The Filipów Commune.
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Installation Of The Remote Reading System Of Water Consumption Along With The Replacement Of The Existing Metering On Water Supply Connections Located In Towns In The Filipów Commune. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Construction Of Water Infrastructure And Sanitary Sewage System In The Filipów Commune. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Pfu), Draft Contract And In The List Of Tasks Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 3. In The Course Of The Contract, The Employer Reserves The Right To Change The Total Amount Of Supplied And Installed Devices (Max To 5%). The Occurrence Of The Circumstances Referred To Above Will Result In A Change (Increase/Reduction) Of The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Due To This Contract. Note! The Proceedings In Question Do Not Include Other Tasks Included In Pfu, Which Are The Subject Of Other Proceedings. 4. For Each Deviation From The Requirements Listed In Pfu, The Contractor Must Obtain The Written Consent Of The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Refuse Such Agreement. 5. If There Is An Indication Of The Commercial Name, Or The Manufacturer, This Is Only Aimed At Indicating Specific Technical, Qualitative And Standard Parameters. All Own Names Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Used To Determine The Technical Parameters Required By The Contracting Authority And Should Be Treated Only As Examples. 6. The Ordering Party, Following The Content Of Art. 99 Public Procurement Law Described The Subject Of The Contract In A Clear And Exhaustive Manner, Using Sufficiently Accurate And Understandable Terms, Taking Into Account All Requirements And Circumstances That May Affect The Preparation Of The Offer. 7. If There Are Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Swz, They Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And Are Aimed At Indicating Specific Technical, Qualitative And Quality Parameters. All Own Names Of Materials, Devices, Materials, Etc. Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specify The Technical Parameters Required By The Contracting Authority And Should Be Treated As Examples. 8. In The Case Of Use In Swz Or Attachments Of References To Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions With The Described. When Analyzing The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 99 And 101 Of The Pzp Act Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. 9.
