The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Packaging, Loading, Transport Of Waste Containing Asbestos From The Property In The Commune Of Pawłów (Starachowicki Poviat, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship) And Depositing Them On A Waste Landfill Adapted For This Purpose. Lot Amount Waste: 18,777 Sq M (281.655 Mg). The Work Of The Work Also Includes The Removal Of Asbestos Plates That Are Crushed. This Quantity May Change (Increased Or Reduced - By About 10%), Taking Into Account The Fact That The Basis For Determining It Are The Conclusions Of Real Estate Owners In Which The Owners Determined The Area Of Asbestos Containing Products Expressed In M2. In The Event That The Amount Of Asbestos Waste Is Different (Smaller Or Larger) Than The Contractor Specified In Swz Will Not Have Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority In This Respect, Including Claims For Damages. The List Of Towns With An Indicative Amount Of Asbestos To Be Removed Will Constitute An Attachment To The Contract. The Transfer Of Asbestos Containing Waste Must Take Place To A Landfill With The Appropriate Permission To Dispose Of Asbestos -Containing Products. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including: Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587); Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy, Labor And Social Policy Of April 2, 2004 On The Methods And Conditions For The Safe Use Of Asbestos -Containing Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2004 No. 71, Item 649, As Amended); The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of 13 December 2010 On The Requirements For The Use Of Asbestos -Containing Products And The Use And Cleaning Of Installations Or Devices In Which Asbestos -Containing Products Were Or Are Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2011, No. 8, Item 31, As Amended). The Contractor As Part Of The Offer Price, Among Others Should Ensure: Ordering The Area After Completing The Work And The Possible Payment Of Compensation For The Damage Arising From Or In Connection With The Work.
