4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Preparation Of Technical Documentation Of The Revitalization Project Of The Wola Gułowska Center And The Authors Supervision. 4.2. Zakres Przedmiotu Zamówienia Obejmuje W Szczególności:1)Przygotowanie Dokumentacji Technicznej Projektu W Zakresie:A)Projektu Koncepcyjnego Oraz Szacunku Kosztów - Aktualizacji I Rozwinięcia Koncepcji (Stanowiącej Załącznik Nr 1) W Zakresie Analizy Stanu Istniejącego, Analizy Mpzp I Uwarunkowań Konserwatorskich, Głównych Założeń Projektowych Układu Przestrzennego I Funkcjonalnego, Układu I Kompozycji Zieleni, Układu Komunikacyjnego, Ścieżek, Dróg I Parking Lots, Lighting, Proposed Technological And Material Solutions, Proposed Elements Of Small Architecture And A Combination Of Surfaces. The Conceptual Project Should Be Completed In Agreement With The Ordering Party And The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Project Should Be Positively Approved By The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Conceptual Project Should Contain An Estimated List Of Costs Of The Planned Task Divided Into Industries, B) Making All Arrangements Of Elements Commemorating Historical Events In The Area Covered By The Construction Intention With The Competent Authorities And On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney. C) Project Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Describe The Subject Of The Contract For The Execution Of Construction Works, For Which It Is Required To Obtain A Building Permit Or Submit Construction Works, To Which A Construction Project Is Attached In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law, Consisting Of In Particular From:  Drainage Project In The Scope Of Road And Electrical Industry (Street Lighting, Park Lighting, Illumination, And Parking) Sanitary (Rainwater Sewage System), Construction (In The Field Of Small Architecture, Retaining Wall At The Tso, Fence With An Obscuring Function),  Collision Design Of The Power Network,  Project Of A Collision Of Telecommunications Networks,  Sanitary Project Of Technical Channels,  Inventory And Greenery Project,  Technical Projects, Constituting A Complement And Detail Of The Land Development Project And Technical Projects In The Scope And Extent Of Accuracy Necessary To Prepare A Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimate, Preparation Of Offers By The Contractor And The Implementation Of Construction Works (Fig. On A Scale Of 1: 200 Or 1: 250),  Bill Of Quantities Containing A Statement Of The Basic Works Expected To Perform In The Technological Order Of Their Performance Together With Their Detailed Description Or With An Indication Of The Basics Determining The Detailed Description And, Along With An Indication Of The Appropriate Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As With The Calculation And Summary Of The Number Of Pre -Class Units Of Basic Works, Drawn Up In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of D
