The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading To The Szczytno Commune Office In The Scope Of: A) Acceptance, Movement And Delivery Of Letter Shipments (Ordinary Letters, Ordinary Letters Priority, Registered Lists, Priority Registered Lists, Zpo Registered Lists, Zpo Registered Lists); B) Packet And Courier Parcel In Accordance With The Act Of November 23, 2012. Postal Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 366); C) Reimbursement Of Non -Cooked Shipments, With The Reason For Hypoplasia; D) Delivery Immediately To The Contracting Authority Of Returnable Receipt Confirmation After Their Effective Delivery; E) Transport Of Shipments From The Contracting Authority To The Contractors Broadcasting Facilities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With Post Law And Acts Issued On Its Basis. Postal Parcels Specified In Postal Law. Postal Services Provided By The Contractor, And Not Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Or Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, And Not Valued In The Price Form In The Contractors Offer -They Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Applicable Regulations For The Provision Of Postal Services Of The Contractor And Its Current Price List. Work, Parcels And Postal Parcels From 14:00 To 15:00 From The Seat Of The Szczytno Commune Office, Ul. Łomżyńska 3, 12-100 Szczytno. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Shipments Addressed To The Ordering Party At Least Once A Day On Business Days, From Monday To Friday From 8:30 - 10: 00. The Submission Of Parcels Or Postal Packages Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On The Day The Contractor Is Transferred By The Contracting Authority. Postal Services Will Be Paid By Means Of A Fee From The Bottom. Completion Of The Billing Period Corresponding To The Calendar Months. Payment Will Take Place By Bank Transfer To The Contractors Account Within 21 Days From The Date Of Issuing The Invoice.
