The Order Includes: Delivery Of Annual And Perennial Flowers For Filling Flower Beds, Flower Beds And Flower Beds In The City Of Koszalin In The Assortment And Quantities Specified In The Table In Chapter Ii Swz-Departy Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Has The Following Qualitative Requirements To All Species Of Flower Beds Supplied By The Contractor: A) Plants Should Be In The First Selection, Decorative Species From Flowers Flexed In 50%, Technically Mature; B) Uniform In The Whole Batch, Healthy, Not Affected; C) Cutting Plants, The Color Of The Flowers And The Amount Should Be Characteristic For The Species And The Variety; The Same In The Whole Party; E) The Root Block Should Be Well Overgrown With Roots, Moist, Undamaged; F) It Is Unacceptable To Occur In The Plant Of Plants Of Other Species And Varieties; G) It Is Unacceptable To Occur On Plants Of Diseases, Pests And Signs Of Paralysis By Diseases Or Harm; Diameter Of A Minimum Of 9 Cm J) Each Batch Of Supplied Plants Should Be Equipped With A Label With The Name Of The Variety Species, Etc.; K) Plants Should Be Hardened. 2. Each Time The Employer Will Accept Plant Material In The Presence Of The Contractor. 3. The Contractor - The Supplier Will Provide Plant Material In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With A Certificate Of Origin Of Plant Material. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Control Plant Material And The Possibility Of Rejecting A Material That Does Not Meet Quality Requirements. 4. Materials That Do Not Confirm The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Will Be Taken By The Contractor From The Object At The Contractors Expense. 5. The Contractor Provides Transport Of Plants In The Right Conditions And Unloading At The Delivery Point Indicated By The Contracting Authority And Remain At The Delivery Site Until All Plants Are Converted To Write The Acceptance Report.
