The Subject Of The Order Are Services In The Field Of Preparation, Production And Implementation Of The International Conference Scriptures Strategic Ark Held In Warsaw On May 22-23, 2025, At The Sofitel Victoria Hotel At Ul. Królewska 11 In Warsaw. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Preparation, Production, Stage Implementation Of The Event, Understood As: 1) Execution Of Lighting Installation, Sound System And Multimedia In The Plenary Hall In Accordance With The Technical Design Attached To The Offer. 2) Execution Of Lighting, Sound System And Multimedia In Foyer.3) Production Of Branding Elements. Specified In Point Vi, And Comprehensive Technical Service Of The Event In Accordance With The Detailed Substantive Agencies, Which Will Be Presented By The Employer To The Selected Contractor. 8) Cooperation During The Implementation Of The Event With Other Service Contractors. In Particular With Entities Responsible For: A. Television Signal Production And All Related Activities, B. Preparation Of 3D Graphic Design For Screens In The Broadcast Vizrt System, 9) Correct, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Laws, Connecting All Positions/Points/Devices To Power Sources. Cable/Cable Cable Connections To Avoid A Threat To The Safety Of People Moving Around Conference Rooms And Accompanying Rooms. In Addition, In Places Where It Is Necessary To Locate Additional Carpets. Protection Of Suspended Devices And Elements In Accordance With Applicable Security Regulations. The Order Of The Contract: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To May 24, 2025, With The Conference, The Service Of Which Will Take Place On May 22-23, 2025, The Educator Will Be Obliged To Possess Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of His Business Activity, For An Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 750,000.00.
