The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery To The Headquarters Of 7 Factory New, Low-Floor, Three-Part, Two-Way Trams With A Length Of 24 M To 26 M, Including 2 Pieces Of Trams Adapted For Driving Lessons With The Delivery Of Specialized Service Equipment And Operational And Performance Package And Technical Documentation, Including Licenses And Software, As Well Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Applying The Right Of Options Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Act (Hereinafter Referred To As The Pzp Act) Consisting In Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Up To 9 Additional Items Of Factory New, Low -Floor, Three -Part, Two -Way Trams With A Length Of 24 M To 26 M Together With Technical Documentation, Including Licenses And Software. The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Detail In The Contract Template (Annex 1 To Swz) And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - The Technical Specification Of The Tram (Annex 2 To Swz).
