This Invitation To Tender Will Request Bids For The Implementation Of The Promenade Halls Audio And Light Technology By A 2-Year Service Agreement. The Agreement Includes 2 Possible Option Years. The Subscriber Is Decided By The Subscriber. The Service Provider Will Be Notified Of The Service Provider No Later Than 4 Calendar Months Before The End Of The Current Contract Period. In Addition To Leasing Technology Equipment, The Technical Solutions Are Also Expected To Provide The Technical Coordination Service To The City Of Pori And To The Event Organizers Of The Promenade Hall. The Promenade Center Is Located Right In The Heart Of Pori At Yrjönkatu 17. Today, The Hall Strongly Calls The Art Enjoyers Of Art All Over Finland As Local Skill, Nationwide Stars And International Faces Illuminate The Stage With The Expectations Of The Audience. The Promenade Hall Has A Total Of 676 Seats, Which Are Distributed To Permanto (272 Seats) And Loft (404 Seats). The Grandstand Is Gently Rising From The Third Row Of Benches, And From Four Rows, The Backrests Of The Seats Are Located On The Backstage. The Spring And Autumn Seasons Of The Promenade Hall Have A Total Of About 90 Days. There Are Ten Months Of Use Of The Promenade Hall; Spring Season January-May And In The Fall Season August-December. Since These Months, August Has So Far Been Low In Utilization, As Exterior Events Will Still Be Organized In Finland Until The End Of August.
