The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 14 Factory New, Low -Floor, Environmentally Friendly Standard Bus Buses With Electric Drive Powered By Hydrogen Cells And Length In The Range From 11.8 M To Length In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws 2014.502, As Amended). A New Bus Is Considered A Brand New Bus Manufactured Not Earlier Than 3 Months Before The Date Of Delivery Of A Given Batch Of Order And An Unproaded One (Bus Mileage At The Time Of Delivery Not Higher Than 500 Km). The Buses Offered Must Be One Brand, Identical In Terms Of Construction, Technical Parameters As Well As Completing And Equipment, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Draft Contract. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: - Conducting Trainings Specified In Detail In The Draft Contract Constituting An Attachment To Swz, - Providing Authorization For Technical Service And Warranty And Post -Warranty Repairs Of Each Of The Buses Delivered, - Delivery Of All Documentation To The Ordering Of All Documentation In Polish Required For The Correct Service Of Buses, Including Full Repair And Service Documentation, - Providing Documentation Necessary (In Accordance With Polish Law) To Make The Registration Of Each Of The Buses Provided, In Order To Operate Them On The Polish Market, - To Deliver Together With The Delivery Of The First Bus Of A Given Type, Media With The Required Software And Devices Necessary To Operate Purchased Buses, Including Diagnostic Devices, - Ongoing Software Update And The Documentation Provided For The Period From The Time They Were Issued To The Contracting Authority Until 10 Years. Counting From The End Of The Full -Time Warranty Period For The Last Of The Buses Spent, Without Additional Remuneration, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Contract, - Granting Unlimited During The License For The Use Of The Provided Software And Documentation On The Principles And To The Extent Regulated In The Draft Contract, - Implementation Of The Obligations Arising From The Quality Guarantee Granted, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Contract. The Employer Will Reject An Offer In Which The Share Of Products From The European Union Member States, With Which The European Union Concluded Contracts For Equal Treatment Of Entrepreneurs Or Countries Towards Which, Under The Decision Of The Council, The Provisions Of Directive 2014/25/Eu Do Not Exceed 50%.
