A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Annex 3 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 1. The Bus Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations And Be Allowed To Travel On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251). 2. The Bus Must Have A Approval Certificate Confirming The Adaptation Of The Bus To The Transport Of People In Wheelchairs. Bus Registration Based On Approval Confirming The Number Of Places And Purpose For The Transport Of Disabled People Moving In Wheelchairs. Construction Changes Confirmed By A Technical Examination At The Diagnostic Station Or A Decision For Individual Admission Of The Bus To Traffic Are Not Allowed. 3. The Bus Must Have A Current Certificate Of Conducting Udt Examination For An Elevator To Service Disabled People Moving In Wheelchairs. 4. The Bus Must Be Brand New, Produced In 2025. Unused, Unpopular, Complete, Free From Structural, Material And Executive Defects. The Maximum Route Of The Bus Cannot Be Greater Than 500Km. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Vehicle Be A Factory -Produced Or Specialist Built -Up M3 Category Bus. 6. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Bus Be A Class A And/Or Class I. I. Date Of Order Processing: Up To 80 Days After Signing The Contract, No Later Than 22.08.2025.
