Electric Buses - Delivery Of Factory New, Low -Floor Articulated City Buses With Electric Drive With Options. 1 The Contracting Authority Requires Submitting A Declaration In This Respect In The Offer Form (Annex 2 To Swz). Pursuant To Art. 393 Para. 1 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Will Reject The Offer In Which The Share Of Goods, Including The Software Used In The Equipment Of Telecommunications Networks From The Member States Of The European Union, With Which The European Union Concluded Contracts For Equal Treatment Of Entrepreneurs Or Countries Towards Which The Provisions Of Directive 2014/25/Eu Do Not Exceed 50%. 2. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: 2.1. Conducting Trainings Specified In Detail In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Including At Least 20 Hours Of Training Carried Out Within 3 Business Days At The Depot Indicated By The Employer For A Minimum Of 30 Employees Indicated By The Employer, In The Full Range Of Service And Repairs (Electrical, Mechanical And Bodywork With The Presentation Of Full Functionality Of The Supplied Diagnostic Devices). As Part Of The Training, The Contractor Will Train An Additional Min. 10 Drivers/Patrons/Instructors (Total) Of The Ordering Party From The Basic Service Of The Vehicle, Necessary For Safe Driving. The Contractor Will Train A Total Of At Least 40 Employees Of The Ordering Party With The Proviso That They Cannot Be Repetitive People. 2.2. Delivery Of The Ordering Party 14 Days Before The Planned Delivery Date Of The First Bus - All Documentation In Polish Required For Proper Operation Of Buses, Including Full Repair And Service Documentation (Except For The Vehicles Book, Which The Contractor Provides For Each Bus At The Time Of Its Delivery To The Contracting Authority), 2.3. Supply With The Delivery Of The First Bus, Media With The Required Software And Devices Necessary To Operate Purchased Buses, Including Diagnostic Devices (In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Annex 4 To Swz), Together With Supplied Devices And Software, The Contractor Will Attach A List Of Devices With Their Valuation, 2.4. Providing The Documentation Necessary (In Accordance With Polish Law) To Make The Registration Of Each Of The Buses Provided In Order To Operate Them On The Polish Market, 2.5. Ongoing Software Update And Documentation Provided For The Period From The Moment They Were Issued To The Ordering Party To The Moment Of 10 Years From The End Of The Full -Time Warranty Period For The Last Of The Buses Spent, Without Additional Remuneration, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Projects
