Tenders are invited for Development, Construction and Operation of 13 Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants Totaling 195 Mw of Installed Capacity Development, Construction and Operation of Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants Bosnia And Herzegovina: EPBIH Solar Transition Programme The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is considering providing financing to JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d.-Sarajevo to undertake development, construction and operation of 13 solar photovoltaic power plants totaling 195 MW of installed capacity. The Project is split into two tranches and this assignment covers Tranche 1 that comprises 8 SPPs with the total estimated capacity of 84 MW as follows: 1. Visca - planned installed capacity 8 MW; 2. Potoari 1 - planned installed capacity 16 MW; 3. Bedrok 1 - planned installed capacity 8 MW; 4. Bedrok 2 - planned installed capacity 8MW; 5. Bedrok 3 - planned installed capacity 16 MW; 6. Banovici Selo - planned installed capacity 8 MW; 7. Gornja Breza - planned installed capacity 15 MW; 8. Podvelezje 3 - planned installed capacity 5 MW; Seven out of eight planned SPPs are located within the exploited areas of surface coal mines. Podvelezje 3 is located within the compound of existing wind farm owned by JP Elektroprivreda BiH. After a detailed internal iscussion, the Client has decided to divide Tranche 1 into tho phases where Visca, Gornja Breza and Podvelezje 3 will comprise Phase 1 and remaining SPPs will be developed as part of the Phase 2. The Client is primarily focused on development of Phase 1 SPPs.
