Bidders shall include a copy of the recently renewed trade license for the 2017 Ethiopian Calendar, a VAT registration certificate, and a letter from the tax agency to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of not less than 2% of the total price in the form of a bank-certified guarantee (CPO) or not less than a 6-month unconditional bank guarantee. The bid security must be packed with a wax-sealed financial document. The bidder shall submit the original financial proposal and copy separately in a wax-sealed envelope and also the original technical proposal and copy separately in a wax-sealed envelope for the above office on the date of April 23 2025, after noon from 8:30 oclock up to 11:00 oclock local time.
