The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of The General Plan Of The Sępopol Commune, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Of The Act Of 27 March 2023 On Spatial Planning And Development, And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Commune Plan, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Discharges And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758) And Other Legal Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Due To Relevant Legal Acts. Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads, Etc. 2. The Scope Of Activities To Be Carried Out On The Contractors Side In Reference To The Preparation Of A General Plan Includes In Particular: 1. Preparation Of The Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Together With Executive Provisions (Text And Graphic Part) 2. Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Notifications And Announcements: About Joining The Other Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Messages Regarding The Development Of A Draft Plan, Statements Of Opinion And Arrangements, And Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure And Planning Work Documentation, 3. Preparation Of A Report Summarizing The Course Of Public Consultations, Containing In Particular The List Of Comments Submitted Together With The Proposal To Consider Them And Justification And Protocols From Activities Carried Out As Part Of Consultations, 8. Development Of A List Of Obtained Arrangements And Opinions Together With An Analysis Of The Legitimacy Of Their Introduction, 9. Introduction Of Changes To The Draft Plan In Connection With Obtained Opinions And Committed Arrangements, 10. Preparation Of The Justification For The Draft General Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 11. Analysis Of Comments Submitted To The General Plan At The Stage Of Their Collection Along With The Proposal To Consider Them By The Mayor Together With
