The Entire Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of: 1) Project Documentation Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of All Construction Works Described In The Functional And Functional Program Held By The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Pfu), 2) All Construction Works In Accordance With The Scope Of The Contract On The Basis Of The Project Documentation, Which Is Approved By The Contractor And Approved By The Contracting Authority, Referred To In Point A), And All Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform The Scope Of The Contract And All Actions. Samławki Includes: 1) The Implementation Of Complete Design Documentation In Accordance With Point 2.3 Pfu2) The Implementation Of Construction Works Together With Obtaining A Permission To Use The Provider Of Project Documentation Will Receive From The Employer An Appropriate Power Of Attorney, In Order To Obtain All Necessary Documents, Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions. The Overarching Goal Of The Order Is To Achieve High Water Management Standards, Obtaining Modern Technologies Reducing The Costs Of Water Production And Supply, Improving The Quality Of Water Produced And Ensure Continuity Of Water Supply To Recipients. Note: The Contracting Authority Has A New Mixer With A Pneumatic Switchgear (Aeration Set) That Will Be Delivered To The Contractor At The Stage Of Implementation Of Construction Works. The Executive Design Of The Above Is Attached To The Proceedings. The Employer Informs That The Technical Solution Used In The Executive Design Regarding The Aeration Suw System In Samławki Allows The Use Of Any Components In Each Second Gradual Water Treatment System Equipped With A Static Aerator With A Capacity Of 30 M3/H.
