The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation, Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Construction And Executive Design And Based On Them, The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Task Protection Of Biodiversity In The Brest Subregion (The Cegielnia Region In Grodków), In Accordance With The Conditions Of Swz. The Order Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Stage I: Development Of Complete Design Documentation (Construction Project, Executive Design) For The Task In Question And Obtaining Decisions, Opinions, Permits, Arrangements And Approvals Arising From The Scope Of The Project And Legal Provisions, As Well As The Acceptance Of Complete Documentation By The Ordering Party. Construction And Executive Design As Well As The Performance Of Construction Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Contained In Pfu, Contract Terms And In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Must Perform Complete Documentation, Including A Construction Design And An Executive Design To The Extent Necessary To Perform All Robots Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Obtain All The Necessary Approval For The Project, Including A Decision Allowing For The Implementation Of Works: Notification Of Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or A Building Permit For Works Requiring A Building Permit. The Contractor Will Also Obtain All The Decisions Required By Law, Arrangements And Permits For The Performance Of Works Covered By Pfu (E.G. Water-Legal Permit, Environmental Decision, Permission To Cut Trees, Deviation From Technical Conditions, Etc.). After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Obtain The Required Decisions For The Completion Of The Construction Process (Obtaining Permission To Use, Report The Completion Of Works). The Adopted Technical Solutions Must Comply With Applicable Regulations And The Requirements Of The Employer. Final Solutions Require Acceptance Of The Ordering Party. The Employer Will Evaluate Solutions In Terms Of Compliance With Pfu, Contract Documentation And Technical And Construction Provisions As Well As Provisions Of Local Law. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Project Documentation Developed By The Contractor. The Design And Scoping Documentation Will Be Subject To Arrangements Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party, And After Completing Its Development-Approval By The Ordering Party.
