1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Services: Developing A General Plan For The Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Commune Based On Resolution No. Iii/17/24 Of The City Council In Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Of June 6, 2024 Regarding The Accession To The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Commune And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan Of The Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As The Order. 2. The Study Area Covers 7,523,3305 Ha.3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With: 3.1. By The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended); 3.2. The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Required Scope Of The General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Excerpts And Exceptions Of December 8, 2023 (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758); 3.3. The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 24 October 2023 Amending The Regulation On Spatial Data Collections And Metadata In The Field Of Spatial Development (Journal Of Laws Item 2409); 3.4. The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Area Of Complement To The Building In The General Plan Of The Commune (I.E., Journal Of Laws, Item 729); 3.5. By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended); 3.6. By Resolution No. Iii/17/24 Of The City Council In Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Of June 6, 2024 On Joining The General Plan Of The Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Commune And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan Of Municipalities; 3.7. Other Regulations That Relate To The Above -Mentioned And Which Will Appear During The Development Of The Plan Of The Plan; 3.8. Separate Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Other Provisions Applying For The Order. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of The Following Works: 1) Preparation Of Notifications For Bodies And Institutions Together With Distributionts About The Adoption Of A Resolution On The Preparation Of A General Plan; 2) Collecting Materials And Data To Perform The Task; 3) Analysis Of Applications, Materials And The Draft General Plan Prepared Together With The Justification In Consulting The Principal; 4) Developing The Mayors Project And Obtaining The Acceptance Of And The City Hall; 5) Developing An Environmental Impact Forecast, Ecophysiography, Updating The Communes Strategy; 6) At Each Of The Stages Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Project And Place The Project In The Urban Register Or Transfer To The Placement I
