The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Disassembly Of The Existing Playground, Taking Into Account The Further Development Of Toys; 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Playgrounds Indicated By The Employer; 3) Equipping The Playground With Elements That Are Part Of Small Architecture; 4) Flexible Surface; 5) Repair Of Damage Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Annex 8 To Swz.4. The Rights And Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In Detail In The Draft Contract.
