Subject Of The Contract: Towing And Parking Of Vehicles And Their Parts Secured For Procedural Purposes, Excluding The Cases Specified In Article 50A And Article 130A Of The Act Of 20.06.1997 At The Request Of Kpp Malbork And Police Units On The Basis Of Provisions Governing The Procedures For Conducting Preparatory Proceedings And Securing The Evidence In Their Course Using The Rates Contained In The Contract. Services According To The Principles Of Increased Diligence, Using Equipment Whose Technical Condition Guarantees A High Level Of Quality Of Service. The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected As The Best Will Be Obliged To Conclude An Insurance Contract With The Insurance Company, And The Subject Of The Policy Will Be Towing And Parking Vehicles For Kpp Malbork In The Scope Of Full Material Liability For Entrusted Property, I.E. Leased And Parked Vehicles (Secured By The Police). The Value Of The Parking Liability Insurance Policy Should Constitute 10% Of The Value Of The Contract, But Not Less Than Pln 100,000 As At The Date Of The Contract. Detachable Information Regarding The Description And Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In This Specification And Its Attachments, Including The Draft Agreement (Annex 5 To Swz). All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements, And They Are Met. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
