The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Conduct Of A Category B Driving Course, As Part Of The Project Support For The Development Of Vocational Education In The Zielona Góra -Nowosol Functional Area - Time For Professionals2.1. The Course Will Be Conducted In Polish. 2.2. The Number Of Participants (Students) Of The Course Is 94, Of Which 82 Students From Ckziu No. 3 Ekonomik In Zielona Góra And 12 From The Technical School Complex In Zielona Góra. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex I.4 To Swz.4. Pursuant To Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Completed Taking Into Account The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users, In Particular In Accordance With The Principles Of Universal Design, Referred To In The Convention On The Rights Of Disabled People Of December 13, 2006 (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 1169, As Amended). 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Persons Indicated By The Contractor Who Will Participate In The Performance Of The Contract And Contact The Employer During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To Speak Polish In A Communicative Level. In The Event That The Abovementioned Persons Will Not Speak Polish, During The Contract And For The Purposes Of The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Translator At His Own Expense And His Own Efforts. 6. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract: At Least Instructors And An Administrative Service Employee, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1222), Unless These Activities Are Carried Out By These Persons As Part Of Their Business Activity. Employment The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Document By Presenting: A) A Declaration Of An Employee And/Or; B) A Statement Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor About Employment Under The Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Referred To In Para. 1 Of This Paragraph - This Statement Should Include, In Particular, The Accurate Determination Of The Entity Submitting The Statement, The Date Of Submitting The Declaration, Indicating That The Calls Are Performed By Persons Employed Under The Employment Contract, Together With An Indication Of The Names Of Those Persons And The Status Of The Full -Time Job, The Statement Must Be Signed By A Person Authorized T
