1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Service In The Field Of Developing A Script, Production, Recording, Assembly And Emission Of Two Episodes With A Time Of About 22 Minutes, Constituting A Television Broadcast On Nutrition. The Above Action Will Be Financed From The State Budget As Part Of The Purposeful Subsidy Of The Minister Of Science Research Network Of Natural Universities For The Development Of The Polish Dairy Sector - Research Project. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In Annex A To Swz. 3. The Broadcast Will Be A Continuation Of The Television Series Food Matters Directed By Katarzyna Striś-Zakrzewska And Iza Kwiecińska, Broadcast On Tvp Science In 2024. Therefore, The Contractor Will Be Required To Ensure The Continuity Of The Series, In Particular Through: • Taking Into Account The Current Concept Of The Broadcast, Its Visual, Narrative And Sound How To Present Content • Continuing The Subject And Popular Science Approach In Accordance With Previous Episodes4. Pursuant To Art. 95 Paragraph 1 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor, Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract. 5. The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To Work Performed Directly By Persons Conducting Sole Proprietorships. 6. In Order To Verify, The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Submit A Statement On The Fulfillment Of The Above Condition In The Offer Form. The Employer Reserves The Right To: Demanding Re -Submitting A Current Statement By The Contractor, To Perform Employment Control By The National Labor Inspectorate At Every Stage Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Thus, The Employer Does Not Allow Partial Offers.
