Delivery Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Also The Assortment And Price Form For Completing By The Contractor And Submitting With The Offer-Annex 1A To Swz.-Timber Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex 2A To Swz The Subject Of The Contract Or The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Does Not Provide Otherwise And With The Proviso That The Warranty Period May Not Be Shorter Than The Warranty Period Granted By The Manufacturer.
