1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Household Appliances, Electronic, Measuring And Optical Equipment As Described By The Subject Of The Contract. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Opz (Annex 3 To Swz). 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Of The Highest Quality, Factory New, Complete, Devoid Of Physical And Legal Defects Or Resulting From Other Neglect Of The Contractor Or Producer That Could Be Revealed During Their Use. It Must Be Made Of Safe Materials Approved For Use And Have Approval, Certificates And Approvals In The European Union In Accordance With The Relevant Regulations. 4. Additional Terms Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 2 To Swz).
