The Subject Of The Contract Is Developing The General Plan Of The Wiskitki Commune Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of Spatial Pollution And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Participation In Related Activities By The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. The Study Applies To The Entire Area Of The Wiskitki Commune Within Its Affairs. The Area Of The Commune Is 150.15 Km2. There Are Currently 43 Local Spatial Planning In The Commune. The Area Of The Wiskitki Commune Covered By Local Plans Is About 2550 Ha. The Areas Covered By The Plans Are Intended Primarily For Production And Warehouse, Service, Single-Family And Service Unurval Development And Road Areas.
