Tenders Are Invited For Ensuring Conference, Gastronomic And Hotel Services For The Needs Of The Management And Management Of The Municipal Family Support Center In Gdańsk

The Subject Of The Contract Is, Ensuring Conference, Gastronomic And Hotel Services For The Purposes Of Training And Management Of The Municipal Family Support Center In Gdańsk From 26.05.2025 To 27.05.2025. Providing Accommodation For 44 People In Single Rooms. Providing Food For 46 People On The First Day, For 44 People On The Second Day. The Hotel Facility Should Have A Standard Category Of At Least Three -Star, Within The Meaning Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of 19 August 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166) And Be Included In The Central List Of Hotel Facilities. The Hotel Facility Should Be Distant No More Than 100 Km From The Main Headquarters Of The Municipal Family Support Center In Gdańsk. It Should Be Located In The Coastal Area No More Than 5Kmod Of The Shoreline. The Contractor Will Provide Free Parking For A Maximum Of 30 Cars. Climate Tax Included In The Offer. In The Scope Of Providing Conference Services: The Contractor Will Provide Access To Two Conference Rooms Capable Of Holding Up To 25 People Each. On The First Day Between 10:00 And 17:00, And On The Second Day Access To One Conference Room Can Accommodate Up To 50 People, Between 10:00 And 13:00. The Rooms Should Be Equipped With Multimedia (Projector, Screen, Sound System, Flipchart). In Addition, The Contractor Should Provide A Person For Technical And Acoustic Service Available During Training And At Least One Hour Before The Start Of The Training. The Contractor Will Provide People Who Are In Conference Rooms To The Extent To Which The Health And Safety Regulations Require. In The Scope Of Ensuring Gastronomic Services: Providing Food For All Reported Participants And Lecturers (Not Using Accommodation). The Contractor Will Provide For The Needs Of Training Participants Of The Training, The Right Amount Of Tables And Chairs And Proper Preparation Of Catering Rooms And Tables, Waiter Service, As Well As A Cleaning Service. Food For 46 People On The First Day And 44 People On The Second Day (Possibility To Receive A Vegetarian Meal, Without Gluten, Without Lactose). The Contractor Will Attach The Menu Proposals.
