3 Fuel Parameters Must Meet The Requirements Contained In: The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of June 26, 2024 On The Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018), Polish Standards, I.E. Pn-En Iso 4259-1: 2018-01, Pn-En 590: 2022-08; Pn-En 228+A1: 2017-06. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Consistent With The Quality Certificate Issued By The Fuel Manufacturer. 2. The Estimated Fuel Consumption During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is: 99,000 Liters Of Fuel, Including: 49,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil (On) And 50,000 Liters Of Unleaded Gasoline (Pb). The Estimated Number Of Liters Of Fuel Means The Quantity That The Contracting Authority Expects To Buy During The Performance Of The Contract. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Collected Will Depend On The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority. 3. The Amount Of Fuel Specified By The Employer Includes Refueling For Vehicles. 4. The Amount Of Fuel Estimated By The Employer May Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Bring Any Claims Against The Contracting Authority For Not Realizing The Maximum Value Of The Contract Or The Purchase Of A Smaller Amount Of Fuel During The Contract. Pursuant To Art. 433 Item 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Indicates That The Minimum Size Of The Contractors Benefit Is 19 600 Liters Of Diesel (On) And 20,000 Liters Of Unleaded Gasoline (Pb) 5. The Fuel Will Be Refueled At The Contractors Fuel Stations In Retail Quantities And Settled On The Basis Of Fuel Cards Assigned To Specific Vehicles Or Fuel Cards For The Show. Provided The Entire Period Of The Contract, 24 -Hour Possibilities (24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, 365 Days A Year) Of Non -Cash Purchases Of Fuel, I.E. Diesel Oil (On), Unleashed Gasoline (Pb) And Emergency Purchases At All Fuel Stations Of The Contractor In Poland, Including: 5.1. Automatic Car Wash In Poland.
