Casino Operating Services - Public Service Dealership On The Management And Lexploitation Of Casino (Games, Animation, Catering) Of Leucate. Public Service Concession Contract Relating To The Management And Lexploitation Of The Leucate Casino In Accordance With Larticle L.1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Local Authorities And Larrêté Of May 14, 2007 Modified Relating To The Regulations Of Games In Casinos. The Perimeter Of The Concession Is Circumscribed To The Three Sectors Defined At Larticle 1St Of Larrpeted Of May 14, 2007 Relating To Games In Casinos (Games Of Chance, Animation And Catering). The Services Entrusted To The Concessionaire Include In Particular: • Management Of Games, Restaurants And Lanimation • Lobligation For The Concessionaire To Proceed To The Opening Of Lethaling, To Ensure Lentretian And The Guard As Well As All The Tasks Relating To Loccupant Defined In The Documents Of The Consultation • Lobligation To The Provision And The Renewal Of The Equipment And Materials Necessary For The Proper Exploitation Of The Casino (Games Restorations), • Lobligation For The Concessionaire To Contribute To The Tourism And Cultural And Artistic Lanimation Of The Municipality • Lobligation For The Concessionaire Dorganize An Attractive Animation Of The Casino By Theorganization Of Shows, Concerts, Events, Etc. • The Right For The Concessionaire To Collect From Users The Remuneration Provided For By Its Activity, Subject To The Payment Of Sums Due To The Municipality. • Lobligation To Make The Investments Necessary For Public Service. The Management Of The Service Is Ensured By The Concessionaire At His Own Risk, In Accordance With The Lart Rules, In The Concern Of The Conservation Of The Assets, The Rights Of Third Parties And The Quality Of Service. It Will Be Up To The Future Concessionaire To Request The Necessary Authorizations And Their Renewals Throughout The Contract, Allowing It To Be The Lactivity Of Casino And Games. The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Between 15 And 18 Years. The Overall Provisional Value Of The Concession Is Estimated At 96,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax (Euros Constant) On The Basis Of The Total Dafary Figure Excl. Tax During The Maximum Duration Of The Contract, Or 18 Years. This Value Was Determined On The Basis Of The Retrospective Data Available And On Foreseeable Developments With Regard To The Specifications Of The Concession.
