The City of Ekurhuleni will supply the format for the report (template). It must accompany the invoice before any payment will be made. - The City of Ekurhuleni will do spot checks after work is done and will have the right to terminate services or not pay the service providers should the work not be done as per the project brief. - Service providers must be willing to work after hours on weekends, and on holidays. - The successful service providers will be paid after each activation and the invoice must be accompanied by a report, - Pricing must be all-inclusive of transport, labour, and administrative costs.
