Development Of Project Documentation Regarding The Reconstruction Of Communication Together With Neighboring Rooms In The Basement In The Eastern Part Of The Collegium Maius Didactic Building At Ul. Fredry 10 In Poznań (Basic Order) And As Part Of The Right Option To Exercise Authors Supervision During Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Developed Documentation (Optional Order). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program And Documentation (Annex 8 To Swz). The Answers Given By The Employer To Questions Submitted By Contractors Should Be Included In The Offer Valuation. Option Law - The Employer Indicates That Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By This Contract, Provides For The Right Of The Option Referred To In Art. 31 Para. 2 And 441 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. The Option Of The Option Is Covered By The Subject Of This Contract In The Field Of Authors Supervision, In The Remaining Scope The Subject Of The Contract Is A Basic Contract. The Maximum Range Of Options - A Total Of Max 6 Months Of Authors Supervision By The Contractor Within The Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party, Falling Within 3 Years From The Date Of Completion Of The Contractors Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of The Basic Contract. The Setting Of Supervision Dates By The Ordering Party Will Depend On The Deadlines For Conducting Works On The Basis Of The Project Documentation, Which Is The Subject Of This Contract In The Scope Of The Basic Contract. In Cases Where Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process, Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, Means That The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract With The Help Of Sufficiently Accurate Terms And Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Such Situations, Possible Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process Should Be Read With Or Equivalent Words. The Employer Reserves That All Or Other Integral Of The Swz Document, The Own Names Of The Materials (Products) Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Designed To Specify The Qualitative And Technological Expectations Of The Employer. This Should Be Understood As Determining The Required Minimum Utility, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. Whenever In The Content Of This Swz Or In The Attachments To It, The Employer Refers To Any Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Contractor May Use Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems (Referred To In Article 101 Of The Pzp Act) In Relation To Them Equivalent. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction; Perform At Your Own Expe
