The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation And Construction Works Entitled: Design And Construction Of Urban Green Areas As Part Of The Investment Tasks Of The Green Budget Of The City Of Katowice 2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Two Locations Indicated In Chapter Iv Point 2 Swz3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Development Of Urban Areas In Two Locations Indicated In Point 2 Of This Chapter, I.E.:1) Development Of Project Documentation For Each Investment Task (Location) On The Basis Of Swz And The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law Applicable In Poland (I.E. Dz. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements Related To Its Performance, Respectively For A Given Location, Is Determined By The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu), Which Is Annex 1 To Swz.
