Part 1 - Delivery Of Signs To The Output Uniform And Field Uniform. The Assortment Of The Subject Of This Order Will Be Implemented To The Magazines Located In: A) M. Nowa Dęba Ul. A. Krzywoń 1 (Podkarpackie Voivodeship); B) M. Kielce Ul. Wojska Polskiego 300 (Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship); Details Of This Order, Including A Detailed List Of Assortment, The Delivery Of Which Is The Subject Of This Contract In: A) Forms Of Detailed Valuation - Separately For Each Part Into Which This Contract Has Been Divided, B) The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - One Draft Contract For All Parts Of The Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Discounts And Proportions Must Meet The Requirements And Proportis. The Parameters Indicated In The Regulations Of The Ministry Of National Defense - The List Of Documents Includes An Attachment To Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings Will Apply From The Date Of Its Conclusion To November 30, 2025, With The Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Will Be Carried Out: 1) In The Scope Of The Basic Order - Up To 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Employers Representative Specifying The Size And Scope Of The Order. The Size And Scope Of The Order Will Always Be Indicated In The Order And Will Take Into Account The Actual Needs Of The Employer; 2) In The Scope Of The Optional Order - Up To 21 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submitting The Statement By The Contracting Authority (Launching The Right Of Options) Specifying The Size And Scope Of The Order. The Size And Scope Of The Order Will Always Be Indicated Based On The Actual Needs Of The Employer. The Member Is Authorized To Place One Order Covering The Full Scope Of The Basic Order Or Several Orders, The Total Value Of Which Will Correspond To The Value Of The Basic Order. The Above Also Applies To An Optional Order, While The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Submit The Last Statement (Order) To Exercise The Right Of Options By October 15, 2025 At The Latest.
